Add and Manage Users

With SeeMyLegacy, you can effortlessly add and manage unlimited users at no cost. The process is simple and intuitive—just follow the steps below to get started!


 


 

⚠️Important Note:

All users enjoy the same full level of access—there are no inherent restrictions on what they can do. However, you have the option to control campaign communications by limiting which users receive notifications. Click here to learn how.

 

 

1. Click Manage > Users

 

 

2. Click Add New User

 

 

3. Enter Users First and Last Name, and Email Address

 

 

4. Click Add New User

New user will then receive an automatic email with login instructions

 

Deactivating a User

If you ever need to deactivate a user, click on the three dots to the right of the user and select Deactivate User
