Starting June 30, 2025, a $0.30 fee will be applied to each credit card transaction processed through our platform.

Why is this fee being added?

• This fee helps offset rising credit card processing costs. By adding a flat per-transaction fee, we’re able to maintain the security and reliability of our payment infrastructure while continuing to enhance the platform with new features and support services.

What does this fee apply to?

• Only credit card transactions
  • Applies regardless of the total amount of the transaction
  • Does not apply to ACH/bank transfer payments

Examples: How the Fee Works

In addition to the existing 3.4% credit card processing fee, a $0.30 flat fee will be applied to each credit card transaction starting June 30.

Example 1. $25 donation via credit card

• 3.4% = $0.85
• Flat fee = $0.30
• Total fees = $1.15

Example 2. $100 donation via credit card

• 3.4% = $3.40
• Flat fee = $0.30
• Total fees = $3.70

Can this fee be passed to donors?

• No, the $0.30 fee cannot be passed directly to donors. However, you can adjust your suggested donation amounts to help account for this and other processing costs.
