1️⃣ Have our Team Build it (2-3 Day Turnaround)
Submit a Campaign Set-Up Form and our team builds your campaign within 2 to 3 business days. You can submit as little or as much detail as you have. Upload a flyer or program PDF from a previous year and we'll use it to build your campaign.
The form has four steps:
Step 1: Campaign Set-Up
- Campaign Title
- Campaign Type: Sponsorship, Ticketing, Registration, Volunteer Activity, Fundraiser, or Memorial Program
- Desired Launch Date: When do you need this campaign completed by?
- Campaign Contact (select from your team list): Who should be informed when this campaign is completed?

Step 2: Campaign Details
Give us some more insight into the campaign you're hoping to create! These do NOT need to be perfect - just share rough ideas and any other content you have. We'll use this information to craft your campaign.
- Description: Tell us about your campaign. Rough notes are fine!
- Photos: Upload images you'd like to use for your campaign photo gallery. If none are uploaded, quality stock photos will be used.
- Campaign Flyer or Program PDF: Upload a file from a previous year to help us build your campaign
- Start Date and End Date (optional)
- Guidelines (optional)
- Disbursement Account: Select which account funds will be routed to

Step 3: Participation Options
Settings to toggle on or off:
- Require approval before payment
- This means you will need to approve applicants before they are required to submit payment - while approving applicants you can send digital invoices. This setting is recommended for vendor registration campaigns where you need more control of who is coming.
- Send tax receipts
- This will auto-generate and send tax receipts for contributions. Popular for fundraisers and sponsorships.
- Create public recognition cards
- This means your participants will be publicly recognized for their participation in your campaign. Recommended for Sponsorships and Fundraisers to enhance your donor recognition!
- Pass processing fees to participants (3.4% + $0.30 per transaction)
- This will increase the price of your options, ensuring you receive the net amount you need for your campaign options.
For each participation option:
- Title
- Price: Set a fixed price or a price range
- Leave blank if there is no charge!
- Available Quantity: Set a limit or leave as unlimited
- Details: Add any notes about this option
- Form Questions: Includes 5 default questions. Add custom questions as needed.
Add as many options as your program requires

Step 4: Review and Submit
- Additional Details: Add any notes that will help our team build your campaign
- Promotional Flyer: Toggle on if you want our team to create a promotional flyer for you
- Click Submit My Campaign
Step 5: Campaign Ready. Time to Promote!
SeeMyLegacy Customer Success team will email you when the campaign is ready for your review. If you've opted for a promotional flyer, they will send the collateral along with a notification that your campaign is completed. Your campaign will be marked Private until you review, adjust, and approve it.
