Use a Template
Browse our template library to see if there is a pre-built campaign for your initiative. This option will save you time and energy.
1. Click Campaigns Tab
2. Click Create Campaign

3. Choose a Campaign Template from our Library
4. Fill out the Basic Details
- You will need to choose a Primary Item Display
- For Sponsorships, Fundraisers and Volunteer Campaigns, we recommend the Galley View
- For Memorial Programs, we recommend using the Map View
5. Add Descriptions
- About Campaign: Share a high level overview of the Campaign you are creating
- How to Participate: Share how community members can participate
- Guidelines: Share guidelines community members need to abide by
- Add Uploads
- Photo Gallery: Share images that will spark participation in your Campaign
- Campaign Documents: Upload any documents related to this Campaign
6. Customize the Text and Images, or Use the Defaults
7. Add Items
- Customize the pre-built Campaign Template Items. Adjust the Text, Images and Prices, or Use the Defaults
9. Click Create
Build Your Own
1. Click the Campaigns tab from Community Profile home page
2. Click Create Campaign

3. Fill out the Build Your Own Campaign Fields
4. Fill out the Basic Details
- You will need to choose a Primary Item Display
- For Sponsorships, Fundraisers and Volunteer Campaigns, we recommend the Galley View
- For Memorial Programs, we recommend using the Map View
5. Add Descriptions

6. Add Uploads
- Photo Gallery: Add photos you would like to showcase in gallery
- Campaign Documents: Add all documents related to this campaign or leave blank
7. Add Items
If you prefer, you can skip this step and come back to it. For a guide on adding items to an existing campaign, check out this article.
- Multi Quantity Items: Items that allow multiple community members to participate/claim
- Single Quantity Item: Items that only allow one community member to participate/claim

8. Click Create
