You can now customize the emails sent to participants to create a more personalized and informative experience. These emails can be tailored at both the campaign level and the participation option level, giving you full control over how you communicate with sponsors, donors, registrants, and volunteers.
You can access this feature by selecting Customize Email for Participants while creating or editing campaigns or participation options.
Customize Campaign Message
The Custom Campaign Message allows you to create a universal message that is sent to everyone who participates in your campaign, regardless of which participation option they select.
How it Works
- When you add a Custom Campaign Message, it is included in every participant confirmation email. This ensures all shared details, instructions, or thank-you notes are consistent and delivered to everyone who joins the campaign.
How to Add a Custom Campaign Message
- While creating or editing your campaign, navigate to Notifications.
- Click Customize Email for Participants.
- Add the custom message you would like to share with your participants.
What You Can Use It For
- A community-wide thank you.
- General information that applies to all participants.
- Reminders, instructions, or important campaign-wide details.

The Custom Participation Option Message provides tailored messaging based on the specific way someone participates—such as a sponsorship tier, registration type, or volunteer role.
How it Works
- Sends a targeted message only to participants of that specific option
- Ensures each participant receives details relevant to their selection
- Creates a more personalized and informative experience

- Open the the Participation Option editor.
- Click Customize Email for Participants.
- Add the custom message you would like to share with your participants.
