When Activating a Plaque
Manage > Plaques > Available Plaque > Activate QR Plaque > Enter Contributor Details > Add

When Creating or Editing a Story
Manage > Plaques > In-Use QR Plaque > Edit Story > Enter Contributor Details > Add > Save

When Customizing a Plaque
Manage > Plaques > In-Use QR Plaque > Customize QR Plaque > Enter Contributor Details > Add > Save

After you click Add, each contributor will automatically receive an invitation email from app@seemylegacy.com. This email (previewed below) provides a direct link and instructions to help them begin contributing to their story right away.

🚨 Contributor Didn’t Receive the Invitation Email?
If the contributor hasn’t received their invitation email, please ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
Still no email? You can direct them to this sign-up page, where they can register using the same email address you sent the invite to. This will allow them to access their account and start contributing to their story.
