Once your plaque is activated, you'll have full access to personalize the story linked to its QR code. You can easily edit the text, update or add images, and include additional pages to create a story that reflects what you want to share. To learn how to activate your QR plaque, click here.

Navigating to the Story Editor

Option 1

• From Plaques Grid: Click Manage > Plaques > In-Use QR Plaque > Click Edit Story

Cover Page

Add a cover page to give your story a polished introduction and capture your audience’s attention from the start.

Add Story Pages

Each story page can include an image, title, caption, and share links — and you can add an unlimited number of pages to build a rich, layered narrative.

• Manage > Plaques > In-Use QR Plaque > Edit Story > Enter Contributor Details > Add > Save

Preview your digital story as you go, allowing you to refine and perfect it at your own pace before publishing.

How to Change a Story's Status

Stories can remain in draft mode as long as needed, giving you time to gather content, make edits, and refine details. Once you're ready, simply make the story active so others can view it.

• Click Manage > Plaques > In-Use Plaque > Edit Story > Draft or Active

Share your story easily by copying and pasting the unique URL into emails, social media posts, or anywhere your audience connects with you.
