This article will walk you through the process of adding Registration Options to your Registration Campaigns, helping you create clear and engaging ways for individuals, groups, and community members to sign up and participate in your events or programs.
Steps to Add Registration Options:
1. Click Edit Campaign
2. Select Registration Options from the Side Panel
3. Click Add Registration Option
While in the Campaign Editor select Registration Option from the side panel. Then click Add Registration Option on the option grid top right corner. This will open the Add Registration Option side panel.
4. Enter the Following Registration Option Details
Title:
Assign a clear and recognizable title to the Registration Option, typically reflecting the type of registration being offered (e.g., 5K Race Registration or Vendor Registration).
Description:
Provide a detailed explanation of the Registration Option, outlining what participants will receive, the benefits of registering, and any important details about the event or program. Clear, engaging descriptions help attract interest and encourage sign-ups.
Location Name:
If applicable, input location name. This is not a required field and can remain blank.
Price + Quantity:
Enter the cost of the registration (if applicable) and specify how many spots are available for this option.
Accept Online Payment:
Enable this option if you would like to collect payments for your Registration Campaign through SeeMyLegacy
Participant Form:
Choose the option that works best for you — select our Standard Form for quick setup, or a Custom Form for a more personalized experience. Click here to learn more about both form types.
Click to Add Photos:
Upload photos that showcase your event or program — such as past events, activities, venues, or experiences participants can expect — to help potential participants understand and get excited about what’s offered.
Add Documents:
Click blue “Add Documents” button to activate document uploader to add any necessary documents (PDFs, word documents, etc.) that would be helpful to sponsors.
Visibility:
Select Public to ensure the item is visible to all potential participants. If you want to limit visibility to SeeMyLegacy users only, choose Private instead.
5. Save Your Registration Option
Once you have filled in your details add your Registration Option by hitting Save. After adding all of your Registration Options you can then save your Registration Campaign.
You can now view your newly created Registration Option within your Campaign, where your community members will be able to see and interact with it.
