Duplicating Campaigns + Participation Options

Duplicating lets you create new campaigns or participation options faster by reusing setups that already work. Instead of rebuilding everything from scratch, you can copy an existing structure, make small edits, and launch in minutes. This is especially useful for seasonal events, annual programs, or campaigns that share similar layouts and requirements.


What you can duplicate:

  • Entire Campaigns: Creates a full copy of the campaign, including its participation options, descriptions, settings, and visibility preferences. Perfect for recurring events or multi-location programs.
  • Individual Participation Options Copies a single option inside a campaign, including its pricing, description, form fields, and settings. Helpful when you need multiple similar options without recreating each one.

How to duplicate a campaign

  1. Click into the campaign you want to duplicate.
  2. Click the Duplicate Icon.
  3. Click Yes, Duplicate Campaign.
  4. Open the duplicated campaign and update the name, dates, pricing, and any details needed before making public.
    1. The duplicated campaign will be the first campaign listed on the page.

How to duplicate a participation option

  1. Open the campaign that contains the option you want to duplicate.
  2. Click Edit Campaign.
  3. Navigate to the Participation Options section.
  4. Click Duplicate next to the option you would like to duplicate.
  5. Click Yes, Duplicate Option.
  6. Click Edit in the newly duplicated item.
  7. Edit the details as needed and save your changes.

Tip: Duplicated campaigns and options are fully editable, so you can adjust as much or as little as you need before going live.
