How to Reorder & Feature Your Campaigns

You can now customize how your campaigns appear on your profile by reordering them and featuring key initiatives at the top. This guide walks you through both tools and highlights a few important details to keep in mind.

Reordering Your Campaigns

Use the Reorder tool to control the sequence your campaigns appear in — helping you highlight upcoming events, group similar programs, or create a clean, intentional presentation.

How to reorder campaigns
    1.    Go to Campaigns in your Community Profile
    2.    Click Reorder Campaigns on any of your Campaign Tabs (Public, Private and Archived)
    3.    Drag and drop campaigns into your preferred order
    4.    Click Apply to Save your updates

Important to know

Campaign visibility changes affect order
When you switch a campaign from private → public or public → private, it will appear at the bottom of your campaign list.
You can simply drag it back into your preferred spot.

New campaigns appear below Featured campaigns
When you create a new campaign, it will show up underneath any featured campaigns.
You can reorder it anytime.

Featuring Campaigns

Featuring campaigns allows you to spotlight the initiatives you want visitors to see first — fundraisers, events, memorial programs, tours, or anything time-sensitive.

How to feature a campaign
    1.    While in the reordering pop up
    2.    Hover over the campaign you want to featured
    3.    Click Mark as Featured button to the right of the campaign
    4.    Apply your changes and the campaign will automatically appear at the top of your campaigns tab

Important to know

You can feature up to 6 campaigns at a time.

Featured campaigns always stay at the top
Featured campaigns remain above all other campaigns, even if you reorder your list.
Your reorder settings apply to the non-featured section.
