The Activity Log centralizes participant information, in real-time, making it simple to review and reference key updates.
1. Click Campaigns

2. Select Campaign
3. Click Manage > Activity Log


- Participant Name, Email, Phone Number and Organization (if applicable) will be recorded
- Total Amount, Net Amount, Disbursement Date, and Linked Disbursement Account will be displayed for all payments received via the platform
- Payment Source field will help you differentiate manually recorded payments from those that took place online.
- Details field will record any questions answered on form (if applicable)
- Documents field will record any attachments (photos, proof of residency/service, etc. - if applicable)
🌟Pro Tips
- All information is able to be exported into an excel file at any time by clicking Export
- Information can be filtered by selecting the Filter Icon next to the field names
- You can also view your Activity Log on a global basis by clicking Manage > Activity Log
