Once you’ve submitted a registration, you can’t edit or cancel it directly in the platform. If you need to make a change, here’s what to do:
Contact the Community Directly
The community hosting the registration event is responsible for managing changes. Please reach out to them if you need to update or cancel your registration.
- You may find their contact information on the community’s SeeMyLegacy profile or within the Registration Campaign page.
If No Contact Information is Listed
If no contact details are available, email us at support@seemylegacy.com. We’ll connect you with the right person at the community.
- Reach out as soon as possible if your plans change. This gives the community time to review your request and adjust their records or event planning.
