Creating an Interactive Tour Campaign

Interactive Tour Campaigns are a fantastic way to engage your community by showcasing landmarks, historical sites, art tours, and more! These campaigns create an interactive, all-in-one experience, making it easy for participants to explore and connect with their surroundings. Pair them with our QR plaques to bring each stop on the tour to life with immersive content and storytelling!

Steps for Creating an Interactive Tour:

1. Select Create Campaign

In your Campaigns Tab select the blue Create Campaign button in the upper right corner of your screen. Select the Interactive Tour option to start from scratch or search/choose a specific Interactive Tour Template.

2. Enter Campaign Overview Information

Title:
Use this field to give your Interactive Tour a clear and engaging name — for example, Historic Downtown Walking Tour or Public Art Trail. Choose a title that captures the theme or purpose of the tour and reflects what makes it meaningful to the community.

Description:
In this section, describe the purpose and highlights of your Interactive Tour. Explain what makes each featured location special, how it connects to the community’s history or culture, and what visitors can expect to experience. Use this space to bring your tour to life and inspire participants to explore and engage with the story behind each point of interest.

Campaign Map:
This feature allows you to showcase the locations included in your Interactive Tour. Enable the map to visually display each point of interest, helping users navigate and discover important landmarks, attractions, or hidden gems throughout the community.

3. Add Photos & Documents

Add high-quality photos to your Interactive Tour and any supporting materials. Compelling visuals help bring your tour to life and engage visitors as they explore each point of interest. Below are a few ideas for the types of photos and documents to include:

  • Photos of featured landmarks, attractions, or community highlights
  • Historical or themed images that capture the story behind each location
  • Pictures of the surrounding area or unique experiences visitors can expect along the tour

4. Enter Settings Information

Campaign Visibility:
Use this setting to control who can view your campaign:

  • Private:
Keeps your campaign hidden from the public.
  • Public:
Makes your campaign visible and accessible to your community.

Display Tour Stop Number:

Use this setting if you’d like each location on your interactive tour to be clearly numbered. Enabling tour stop numbers helps guide visitors through the experience in a defined order, making navigation simple and intuitive.
