After completing your submission, a confirmation email (including a tax receipt, if applicable) is automatically sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you purchased tickets, that email also includes your Digital QR Ticket PDF — that is the only place ticket holders can get their tickets.

The email will come from app@seemylegacy.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, try the following:

• Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
• Search your email using the sender address: app@seemylegacy.com.
• Confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout with the community.

Ticket holders cannot retrieve tickets from the Activity Log (that is for organizers only). If you’ve checked these steps and still haven’t received your confirmation or ticket PDF, please contact the event organizer or support@seemylegacy.com and we’ll be happy to help.
