Your Activity Log is your go-to hub for everything ticket-related — sales totals, buyer details, check-in status, and more. It updates in real time so you always have an accurate picture of where things stand.
Accessing Your Activity Log

From your Ticketing Campaign page, click Activity Log in the top navigation.
What your Activity Log Contains
Summary Stats at the Top

At a glance, your Activity Log shows:
- Total Tickets Purchased
- Tickets Purchased in the Last 30 Days
- Total Ticket Sales ($)
- Ticket Sales in the Last 30 Days ($)
Your Ticket Holder List

Every ticket purchase and free reservation appears as a row in your log. Each record includes:
- Buyer name, email, and phone number
- Ticket option purchased
- Number of tickets
- Tickets checked in (live updates on event day)
- Total amount paid
- Purchase date and time
- Access to their digital ticket documents
- You will see their Payment Receipt and a copy of the Digital QR Tickets they need for entry. You can always download the Digital QR Tickets PDF and send to a guest who misplaced their email.
Searching, Filtering & Sorting
Need to find a specific ticket holder? Use the search bar to look up by name, email, phone number, or organization. You can also filter by Ticket Option or sort by Purchase Date to quickly zero in on what you need. Switch between Summary View and Detailed Grid depending on how much detail you want to see.
💡 If you used a Custom Form on your ticket option, responses to any custom questions are visible in the Details field on each record. They're also available as their own columns when you export — making it easy to sort and slice that data however you need.
Exporting Your Data

Click the Export button in the top right corner to download your ticket data to Excel or CSV. Great for reporting, printing a door list, or sharing with your event team.
💡 Your active filters carry over into the export — so if you want a specific data set, filter first and then export. For example, filter by VIP Reserved and export just that list for your VIP check-in team.
